Wildebeest migration typically occurs during the rainy season in the Serengeti and Maasai Mara ecosystems, roughly between late January and early March each year. This is when the wildebeest gather in large numbers for calving, ensuring that there are abundant grazing resources for their young to grow strong.

During the 4-day period you are referring to, wildebeests are often found in a calving area, with a majority of them giving birth to their young.

The herd is very active during this time, and the calving period provides vital moments of wildlife interaction.

Upon your arrival at either Kilimanjaro or Arusha airport, transportation will be arranged to take you to your Hotel.

Depending on your arrival time, there will be an opportunity to embark on an Arusha city tour, which includes visits to the art gallery(cultural heritage) local market and maasai market

After breakfast, you will start proceeding to Ndutu (Southern Serengeti), passing through Ngorongoro Conservation Area, arriving in Ndutu.

Thousands of animals are born every day from December to March. Enjoy your game drive till sunset, then head to your accommodation for dinner and overnight.

After enjoying a delicious breakfast, the morning will kick off with a thrilling game drive in the Ndutu area. You’ll have the opportunity to explore the rich wildlife and stunning landscapes. A half-day game drive will be followed by a picnic lunch amidst the wilderness.

Later, we will divert our route towards the Ngorongoro Crater rim. The drive to the rim spans 75 km and is estimated to take approximately 2.5 hours, offering mild game sightings along the way. The Ngorongoro Crater is a remarkable geological wonder and a true haven of untamed wilderness.

On the final day of your safari, an early start awaits. Following a quick breakfast, we will commence our descent in ngorongoro crater.

This extraordinary natural wonder is the largest intact volcanic caldera in the world. During the 5 to 6-hour game drive on the crater floor In the evening, you will be dropped off at your preferred location in Arusha or transferred to the airport as per your arrangements.
